Pyreheart's Crew is a feared pirate crew led by the dreaded burning captain, Pyreheart. They were first introduced during OG Chapter 1: Season 8.

They are the main antagonists of OG Chapter 1: Season 8.

Pyreheart's Crew is a group of Pirates and Ninja-Dragons serving as the alternate counterpart to Blackheart's Scallywags and The Prisoner's Fire Kingdom within Reality: Unknown. The Pirates search for buried treasure and adventure wherever they set sail.

Prelude[]

Pyreheart sails the ocean seas and learns to fight quick and rough out in the vast and open ocean waters. Getting into a squabble, the Captain was captured by The Ice King and chained up inside a frozen cell within Polar Peak.[15]

OG Chapter 1: Season 7[]

Pyreheart freed himself from Polar Peak's dungeons and chains, escaping with the eggs of The Brood. During and after The Ice King's attempt to recapture him through Ice Storm's resurgence of The Ice Legion, he takes refuge in the Wailing Woods forest, where he started to trigger earthquakes, in his attempt to form a volcano and open the way for his Crew to thrive after The Ice King left The Unknown to pursue The Golden Coast. The Ice Legion's attempts are thwarted by the Captain, and his plans succeed.

OG Chapter 1: Season 8[]

The Pirate Crew set up base camps around The Unknown Island freely once the Earthquakes opened up the Island, allowing the Volcano to spew out and The Lagoon to form. There lies inside the Volcano a throne for the Pirates to bow before their eternal captain.[16] By this time, 3 of the 5 total eggs have hatched next to Pyreheart's throne, giving rise to Synthesis and the rest of her family: The Brood, whom now serve their benefactor along with the Pirates as a united crew.

X marks the spot…let the hunt begin[]

Pyreheart deploys his crew composed of Hybrids, Synthesis, Luxe Patroller and Buccaneer to go hunt down and imprison three Fishsticks. While Luxe Patroller and Buccaneer were plundering treasures at the Villain's Lair, one of the Fishsticks infiltrated the cells of Pyreheart's ship to free his friends, and upon the two pirates' return, they forced their temporary retreat by spraying shots with the crew's very own arms.[17][18]

The dreaded Captain, alongside a loyal scallywag, begins to search his surroundings, dubbing them a "forsaken place" and looting all the treasures found within the land. Keeping wary of The Storm, he and his crew continue to bring chaos and destruction in their wake, making their opponents walk the metaphorical plank as they plunder their own coffers. They don't go without a little extra fun by utilizing Impulse Grenades to throw opponents off-balance. Despite everything, the Captain still informs his crew that politeness costs not a single doubloon, expressing his gratitude for the Bus Driver.

B-Side Quests[]

The Captain continues to explore the Island with his scallywag ally, training them along the way. Gathering this Island's new tech, he gains chaotic satisfaction from Poison Dart Traps and Shadow Bombs, allowing them to secretly take out or weaken opponents effectively, and increased movement respectively, and he also finds The Baller as an intriguing vehicle, considering he's never seen something like it before. The Captain trains his crew to use the Boom Bow and clean up after their messes out of respect.

  • Pyreheart takes design similarities from Ruin, while taking the role of The Prisoner.
    • Pyreheart's Eternal nature seems to be based off of Ruin's immortal nature.[19]
  • Luxe Patroller & Synthesis share a theme in Japanese Dragons folklore.
    • This may add to the theory that Luxe Patroller is a member of the Crew.
