Functionality[]

[PH] Kang and Kodos Ray Gun (EMP) is an extremely fast-firing, low damage ray gun. It has first-shot accuracy and uses infinite ammo, and will fire continously before cooling down. [PH] Kang and Kodos Ray Gun (EMP) is intended to disable Vehicles with an EMP effect, however its function was never properly implemented.

Firing the item reduces the durability meter. Once the durability meter reaches 0%, the item breaks and is removed from the player's inventory.
