Unused Monsters are monsters that are currently not released in Fortnite: Save the World.

Overview[]

Unreleased Monsters are monsters in the game files that have been surfaced and obtained by experienced data-miners, from the in-game files of Fortnite, concept art, or from videos of early gameplay. These monsters are not yet available in-game and will possibly never release.

Unused Husk Monsters[]

Unused Husk Monsters
Monster	Type	Description	Notes
Armored Husk	Objective	A husk that is silver and has 3 shields above its head, each shield giving a 30% damage reduction. Extremely resistant to ranged attacks, but the armor can be broken through if attacked with a melee weapon. ^[1]	The shields above its head is made up of a toilet seat, a hammer, and a katana.
Big Husk	Objective	Usually spawns in crowds. A husk that is twice as big and has more health than the average husk. ^[2]	Meant to be the final evolution in the Husk line. Goes from Huskling to Husk to Big Husk.
Blaster Husk (Small)	Assassin	Usually spawns in crowds. A purple version of the husky that blasts at players with a ranged attack.^[3]	Was used as a placeholder for the Zapper. Looked like a normal Husk with purple electric eyes in very early versions of Fortnite.
Digger Husk	Objective	Digs underneath builds to get to the objective faster. ^[4]	The animation for it coming out of the ground is the same animation as husks spawning out of the ground. ^[5] The Digger Husk could of been planned to release around 2019 as it is only referenced in the Exploding Deathbomb modifier, which released in Update v10.00.
Ninja Husk	Objective	Usually spawns in crowds. It's the fastest, but weakest husk without an ability. Would run at your objective and climb your walls to get to your objective. ^[6] Could also dodge player's attacks. ^[7]	These are the only assets found for the Ninja Husk.
Ski Mask Husk		Only found in the cut Save the World Mobile Game. Unknown if it was ever in Fortnite. A lower tier enemy and hero in the game.	The cut Save the World Mobile Game became Battle Breakers
Tiny Head Husk	Objective	Usually spawns in crowds. A husk with a tiny head and 3x more health than a regular husk to avoid players eliminating it with easy headshots. ^[8]	The skin for this husk has a greenish hue to it unlike the yellowish hue that other husks have.
Trashman Husky	Assassin	Usually spawns in crowds. A husky that throws a trash can at the player that splits into 3 skulls on contact.

Unused Mist Monsters[]

Smasher (Boss)	Demolition	A stronger version of the smasher with slight visual differences. Gets enraged once below a certain threshold.	Suppose to spawn as apart of a secondary mission, a very rare encounter, and apart of the cut PvP mode for Fortnite: Save the World.
Smasher (Green)	Demolition	Usually spawns in groups. A smasher that is green, unknown what the differences are. ^[9]
Tunneler	Objective	Would dig underground to the objective and create a tunnel, then the Tunneler could carry husks to those tunnels and spawn them right next to the objective. Any monster could also walk into the tunnel and travel through it.	Possibly planned to release in 2019 as they are only referenced in one Yarrr! quest where you have to kill mist monsters. Also could of been the Mist Monster version of the Digger Husk due to their similarities.
Werewolf	Assassin	Exclusive to the unused Transylvania biome. Would wander and walk around trying to find a player to attack. Can sniff, howl, jump, attack, and has a blood frenzy ability.

Dinosaur Mist Monster		Unknown what this monster was going to be.	Concept art by Bryan Rathman.
Flesh and Runes		Unknown what this monster was going to be. Could of became the Flinger due to their similarities.	Concept art by Aaron Smith.
Magician Husk		An alternate Lobber look. Would of shot flaming skulls out of his hat instead of throwing them.^[10]	Concept art by Bryan Rathman.

Sword and Claw Monsters		Unknown what these monsters were going to be.	Concept art by Aaron Smith.
Vampires	Assassin	Exclusive to the unused Transylvania biome. Was going to spawn in as a basic enemy and as a boss. Both were going to attack the player and suck the blood/life from the player. Exclusive to the Boss version, the vampire would turn into bats at 10% health and fly away to fully regen their health. During this phase, the player would have to shoot the bats to kill the boss.

Ghostly Lady		Exclusive to the unused Transylvania biome. Unknown what it is or does	Its enemy budget is between the Lobber and the The Nurse, which makes it an enemy around that level. The Sprint Speed also suggests it had some sort of dash attack, going as fast as 3 TPS (Tiles per Second)
Demeter		Unused boss enemy for the cut Demeter event.	From within developer file paths for Update v9.41, what can be determined was that Demeter would be an event that would have multiple exclusive zones with all new buildings, a possible new hero, its own missions involving Rifts, rescuing people, and more.

These stats are taken from the latest version of Fortnite because they still get updated as other monsters are updated. Any monsters that do not have stats will be skipped over. The damage for the Big Husk, Blaster Husky, Ninja Husk, Tiny Husk, Smasher (Boss), Werewolf, and Ghostly Lady are all unknown.
