Most of these Devices were introduced early in Creative mode and could only be placed on the Building Grid, much like the Launch Pad and Damage Trap. This made them tricky to work with, as once placed, they couldn’t be moved or copied. Since these Devices functioned the same way as Traps from Battle Royale, they could also be dropped into item-spawning devices such as the Vending Machine or Item Spawner.

The following Trap Devices were removed from the Creative Inventory and can only be found on older creative maps or some older Template Islands. These Devices still function as intended but it is advised to switch to the newer versions.

Vehicle Spawn Plates[]
Most Vehicle Spawn Plates don't function anymore and were converted to prop versions over time. The only exception is the Driftboard Spawn Plate which still spawns Driftboards. The B.R.U.T.E Spawn Plate was never updated due to stability issues. These Devices were Legendary rarity.
The Vehicle Spawn Plates only had 4 different settings available:

- Despite the Speed Boost initially being removed it was later added as a regular Trap without settings.
- The B.R.U.T.E Spawn Plate is the only Vehicle Spawner that was completely removed and hasn't returned since.
- The Trap-Based Devices also exist in UEFN but you are only able to get them, if you convert a creative island where these devices are already placed.
- The Ball Spawner (Legacy) was removed from the Creative Inventory because an updated version with the Same Name was added.
