| Vehicle Type | Sedan, Taxi, Drift Car, Sports Car, Pickup Truck, Big Rig, Dirtbike, Sportbike | The type of vehicle that should spawn. |
| Force Spawn Vehicle | On, Off | Whether this vehicle should always spawn. |
| Force Off Road Tires* | On, Off | Force the spawned vehicle to always have the off road tires mod equipped. |
