Lucien West is a young werewolf who is a vampire hunter and a member of high school club: The High Stakes Club. Lucien is his club's protector, he does this and hunts to the point of his own detriment.
He is a minor protagonist in Fortnite, serving as a minor protagonist in Chapter 4: Season 4. He also appears in Chapter 4: Season 1 and Chapter 6: Season 1.

Lucien West's most definitive trait is being strongly protective of his club, viewing Joni the Red alongside Helsie as his family, and caring for them deeply. His devotion to them is so profound, that Countess Daraku opted to taunt him by questioning his ability to defend his friends.[2] Lucien is also said to carry an unspecified pain;[3] his tendency to prioritize others often leads him to neglect his own needs. Nevertheless, Lucien seems happiest when he's surrounded by his chosen family.

Lucien West is recruited to The High Stakes Club by Joni the Red and Helsie. Through shared passion, Lucien and his club became chosen family that he protects.
Chapter 4: Season 1[]
Lucien and his chosen family are pulled from Reality: 783 to Asteria due to The Paradigm initiating Zero Fushion. After arriving, Lucien leaves for a hunt on his own, rendering his status unknown to the club.[4] Bringing relief to his teammates, they reunite at Slappy Shores.[5] To celebrate their reunion, Lucien and the club attend a Starfang concert.[6] Unbeknownst to Lucien, Countess Daraku writes High Stakes Club about him and his friends falling to her fangs under a red sky.
Chapter 4: Season 4[]
As the eclipse nears, Lucien gets dressed for an upcoming Starfang concert, donning the name Formal Lucien West. At some point near the eclipse, Countess Daraku reveals herself as a vampire, daring him if he really can protect his friends from her.[2] Joni splits from her friends in the upheaval and becomes Victoria Saint's mentee.[7]
Now alone, he and Helsie reach out to Shimmerdusk for advice. She tells them to end their friendship with Joni to ensure she reaches her full potential.[8] Lucien ignores this however, luring Victoria to Woodsy Ward with Helsie's help.[9] Victoria then takes Lucien and Helsie on as mentees.[10] He goes on to assist The Looper in learning monster hunting. Once ready, Lucien and allies kill The Countess, satisfying his want to keep his friends safe.[11]
Chapter 6: Season 1[]
Lucien and his club arrive back in Reality: 783. Upon their return, Helsie urges him to remember to take care of himself too.[12] Later, Minato Hakaru and his history is revealed to Lucien.
