Lady Windfrost will always follow behind the Ice King wherever he spawns. She will only attack the player on sight if they attack her or the Ice King, or they aim their weapon at her for too long.
When the Ice King is damaged, Lady Windfrost will occasionally throw a Chug Splash to heal him. She will be instantly eliminated once Ice King is defeated.

- Lady Windfrost's codename is TeakCake_IceKing_Lieutenant.
- Lady Windfrost utilize the same samples of the female Low Cards with no modulation applied.
- Lady Windfrost has the fewest spawns of any Guard in Battle Royale, only able to spawn once per game.
- Despite this milestone, Lady Windfrost is more similar to a Follower Character (particularly a Medic Specialist) due to her behavior, total HP and Chug Splashes.
