Functionality[]

Players can fish using a Fishing Rod to catch fish or other items. Harpoon Guns or Explosives can be used on Fishing Holes to gain different loot. Fishing in holes provides the best loot, whereas exploding them provides regular loot. Players can catch fish, materials, weapons and ammo from Fishing.

Locations[]

• Calm water, where items other than Fishing Rods cannot be used to fish, is a slow way of fishing and gives low-tier items.
• Fishing Spots, using any tools or explosives that give rarer items in greater quantity.

Fishing Barrels	Containers	Fishing Rods can easily be located in Fishing Barrels, which provide several Fishing Rods , Harpoon Guns or a Pro Fishing Rod when opened or destroyed.
Fishing Rod	Utility Item	Used primarily to fish. Can pull players closer to you.
Pro Fishing Rod	Utility Item	Used primarily to fish. Can pull players closer to you. In addition to catching some special fish.

Zero Point Floppers	Rare	Heals 15 HP. Gives brief teleport ability.
Rift Fish	Epic	Heals 15 HP. Spawns a Rift.
Vendetta Flopper	Legendary	Heals 40 HP. Marks a nearby enemy.
Thermal Fish	Legendary	Heals 40 HP. Gives brief thermal vision.
Snowy Flopper	Uncommon	Heals 40 HP. Gives brief Frozen Feet.
Midas Flopper	Legendary	Heals 40 HP. Turns all inventory weapons to Legendary.
Spicy Fish	Rare	Heals 15 HP. Gives brief speed boost.
Hop Flopper	Epic	Heals 15 HP. Gives low gravity effect.
Stink Flopper	Uncommon	Heals 20 HP. Can be thrown to make a stink cloud.
Cuddle Fish	Rare	Deals damage to an enemy when they walk near it.
Shadow Flopper	Rare	Heals 40 HP. Turns the player into a Shadow.

Trivia[]

• It is possible to fish in all bodies of water, including the stacks in Steamy Stacks and fountains in The Authority.
• Players have a 1 in a million chance of obtaining the Mythic Goldfish from any form of fishing except explosions.
