Stan Marsh is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with the Stan Marsh Bundle for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Gonna Have Myself A Time Bundle for 4,000 V-Bucks. Stan Marsh was first released in Chapter 7: Season 1 and is part of the Gonna Have Myself A Time Set.
