- Lt. Winter is the first Character since Update v31.20 to have a bio in his Character Collection Book entry.
- When Lt. Winter is attacked, the Threatened music for the Sgt. Winter Boss will play. Possibly suggesting he would have used some of his traits instead of being an ordinary Character.
- Despite the inclusion of combat music, he does not reuse Sgt. Winter's Idle music.
