Ride The Lightning is an objective mission to defend Lars' van in Fortnite: Save the World. There are a total of 2 defensive waves.

Tips[]
- Unsure of the whereabouts of Lars' van? Listen for a music tone playing. By getting closer to the van, the music volume will increase.
- The second defense for Lars' van will be a bit tougher most of the time (depending on the zone) which will include lobbers throwing objects at your defensive structures trying to reach Lars' van.
- Mini-Bosses if applicable will spawn on the second defense.

- The music tone playing from Lars' van is from The Doors - Riders On The Storm.
- Ride The Lightning! in its entirety is likely a reference to the Metallica album of the same name, given the fact that Lars also stars in the fictional rock band Steel Wool. Lars himself is most likely a reference to Lars Ulrich, Metallica's drummer.
