The Medieval Biome is a biome in Fortnite: Battle Royale that appeared in Chapter 4: Season 1, in the west side of the map and in a small part in the southeast. It is very similar to the Primal Biome, Reality Bloom Biome and the Forged Forest.

- The Medieval Biome was added to Asteria.
Chapter 4: Season 2[]
- Faulty Splits was replaced by Mega City.
Chapter 4: Season 3[]
- Anvil Square was replaced by the Jungle Biome.
Chapter 4: Season 4[]
- The Citadel was replaced by Eclipsed Estate.
Chapter 4: Season OG[]
- The Medieval biome is no longer accessible due to time travel.
Chapter 6: Season 4[]
- The Medieval Biome is added to Blitz Royale.
