The Alien Biome was a biome added in Chapter 2: Season 7. It features purple chunks of land with trees transformed by alien organisms. It mainly appeared around the rubble of The Spire after it had been destroyed.

Chapter 2: Season 7[]
- Purple Alien Biomes appeared all over the map, surrounding The Spire's rubble after it was blown up by The Mothership.
- Alien Nanite fields appeared in Holly Hedges, transforming it into Holly Hatchery.
Chapter 2: Season 8[]
- An Alien Biome appears in Pristine Point when a trespasser claims it as their home.
- An Alien Biome near Holly Hedges was half corrupted.
- Holly Hatchery was transformed back into Holly Hedges by the Imagined Order.
- An Alien Biome on a hill near The Orchard was corrupted.
- The Alien Biome near Holly Hedges was fully corrupted and removed.
- The Aftermath was transformed into The Convergence leaving only a few alien trees behind.
Chapter 3: Season 1[]
- All Alien Biomes were submerged as the Island flipped over.
Chapter 3: Season 4[]
- In the Fracture live event, remaining Alien biomes were destroyed by The Herald offscreen.
