Grotto Henchmen were hostile Guards in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were introduced during Chapter 2: Season 2.

They could be found in The Grotto before Update v12.10 and will shoot at the player if they notice them undisguised. Doing small visual reactions for getting suspicious and spotting a target.
They could have been knocked down and Shaken Down to reveal and mark nearby chests, henchmen, cameras, players, and Brutus if he was present.
They were replaced by SHADOW Henchmen when 
SHADOW took control over The Grotto.
