Skull Trooper is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Skull Trooper Bundle for 2,300 V-Bucks. Skull Trooper was first released in Season 1 and is part of the Skull Squad Set.

Why are there two different numbers for Skull Trooper's appearances? Skull Trooper has, on at least one occasion, appeared in more than one shop in a single day. This has resulted in its count for appearances in the Item Shop being higher than the amount of days it has appeared in it. Both counts are listed by the Fortnite Wiki in order to be as accurate as possible, unlike other sources. |

- Along with Renegade and Ghoul Trooper, Skull Trooper was one of the three Outfits that were part of the first ever Item Shop.
- There is a common misconception that Skull Trooper and Ghoul Trooper were stated to be Season 1 exclusives.[1]
- Skull Trooper's original description was "Epic skull trooper outfit."
- Skull Trooper didn't exist in the Chinese version of Fortnite, due to China's censorship laws on skulls. He was replaced by Hollowhead.
- The skin's original price was 1,200 V-Bucks, despite being an Epic Outfit, which were usually sold for 1,500 V-Bucks at the time.
- Skull Trooper's "Eye Trails" edit style is potentially a reference to Sans from Undertale. During his fight with the player in the Genocide route, his left eye goes black and his right eye will turn blue. Fanart of this look sometimes depicts the eye with a trail following it, as if it were on fire, which is likely where Epic got the idea for the edit style.
- In Update v6.02, Skull Trooper received two new styles, Green Glow and Purple Glow.
- In Update v11.01, Skull Trooper received another new style, Inverted.
- In Update v18.20, Skull Trooper received yet another new style, Gilded Skull Trooper.
- In Update v22.40, Skull Trooper received another new style, Eye Trails Off.
- Skull Trooper appeared twice in two different tabs of the Item Shop on January 23rd 2024.
