Lightning is a Common Decal in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with the Battle Bus Bundle for 
1,800 V-Bucks. Lightning was first released in Chapter 6: Season 3.
Lightning could also have been obtained for free by claiming it on the Epic Games Store from June 8th 2023 to June 13th 2025 or previously owning it on Rocket League by completing a challenge from the 2020 Rocket League Llama-Rama Event.
