8-Ball is an E.G.O. agent that was sent to Apollo by The Imagined Order to explore the island. He later joined The Resistance to fight against the Imagined Order.

Chapter 2: Season 1[]
8-Ball is sent to Apollo by the Imagined Order. They discover the new island but are met with enemy agents. E.G.O. locates Scratch and 8-Ball went to fight against him.
Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War #1-2[]
8-Ball joins The Seven's army and helps them attack an IO Outpost. Pirate Fishstick is killed in action, who 8-Ball seems to be close friends with. The Foundation tells him that Fishstick is a Snapshot and that the real Fishstick was killed a while ago. He once again helps the Seven attack another IO outpost and stays on the Island with The Visitor, The Order and The Origin.

8-Ball helps the Seven in the attack on The Collider.
Chapter 4: Season 1[]
8-Ball finds himself a new rival, 1-Ball, a member of GHOST, just like him. They compete in billiards matches at Faulty Splits.[1]
Chapter 2 Remix[]
Back on Apollo, 1-Ball challenges 8-Ball, whom he considers a legend, to a fight in order to prove he is the best.
