Strickland Propane Tank is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
200 V-Bucks or with the Hank Hill Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Strickland Propane Tank was first released in Chapter 6: Season 3 and is part of the King of the Hill Set.
