  • Its explosion sets the character's head on fire, referencing Numpty.

• On 15 January 2026, an unintended promotion occurred involving the Dumb Ways to Die cosmetic bundle. Players who claimed the Dumb Ways to Die game for free on the Epic Games Store were mistakenly granted the associated Fortnite cosmetic bundle. Epic Games later resolved the issue by removing the cosmetic from affected accounts. Players who had previously purchased the cosmetic bundle were granted 800 V-Bucks upon claiming the game, but these V-Bucks were subsequently removed.
