Hammered Dulcimer is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
300 V-Bucks, with the Cake the Cat Bundle for 1,600 V-Bucks, or with the Fionna and Cake Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks. Hammered Dulcimer was first released in Chapter 7: Season 1 and is part of the Adventure Time Set.
