The General was a planned Outfit in Fortnite. He appears to be a scrapped Kymera General from Chapter 2: Season 7 or Chapter 2: Season 8 that never made it into the game.

History

The General Concept Art was revealed on July 17th 2023 by artist Matthew Lau on Artstation with many other Concept Arts of released outfits including a lot of members of The Last Reality such as The Cube Queen, Kymera and Trespasser Elite. However, a few hours after its reveal, the Artstation page about it was completely deleted, probably indicating that it was not supposed to be revealed. This may mean that the outfit may not have been completely scrapped.

  • The General appears to be a very imposing Kymera with armor featuring something reminiscent of Kymera's and Trespasser Elite's armors.
    • His helmet is eerily similar to The Origin, also known as the General and Tactician of The Seven and former member of The Last Reality as The Cube King.
    • One of The General's alternate appearances shows him with what looks like Chrome around his hands.
  • As no codename or file relating to The General existed in the game's files, if he had not been accidentally revealed its existence would never have been known.

Speculation Trivia[]

  • The community believes the design might be repurposed for things such as the "Corrupted" Seven, a theory supported by the fact he appears to wield chrome, has a similar helmet to The Seven, and follows their naming convention.
