Jella is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for   1,200 V-Bucks or with Party Jelly Bundle for   1,500 V-Bucks. Jella was first released in Chapter 6: Season 3 and is part of the Party Jelly Set.
