Fortnite 7th Birthday was a Limited-Time Event in Fortnite: Battle Royale that lasted from September 27th 2024 to October 1st 2024 to celebrate the 7th anniversary of the release of Battle Royale.
For the occasion, the island was covered with Birthday Cakes, a set of quests were added, items were unvaulted, and a new medallion was added. The theme for the seventh birthday was Galaxy.

- A free Spray, Pickaxe and Back Bling for completing quests.
- A birthday-themed Battle Bus.
- New Birthday Medallion.
- Unvaultings: Firework Flare Gun, Birthday Cake and Birthday Presents.
