Overview
The Metal Pickaxe is a Rare type of Tool in LEGO Fortnite, that was added in Update v33.10.

Crafting[]
A Metal Pickaxe can be crafted through the Crafting Bench by selecting which resource the player wants to use for the Head, Handle and Pin of the pickaxe. The durability, knockback, and speed of the pickaxe can be increased by using specific resources.

Usage

Weapon[]
Pressing attack while holding a Metal Pickaxe inflicts 
26 damage on creatures. Pressing jump, and then pressing attack will preform a slamming attack, inflicting 39 damage. Running and then pressing attack will preform a sliding attack, dealing the same damage. Upon damaging a creature, the Metal Pickaxe's durability decreases by 1.
Pickaxing[]
Pressing attack while holding a Metal Pickaxe inflicts 90 damage on any stone-based material, 30 on any plant-based material, and 450 on any other breakable material. Preforming a slamming attack inflicts 135, 45, and 675 damage respectively. Upon damaging any material, the Metal Pickaxe's durability decreases by 1.
Runes[]
A Metal Pickaxe can receive Rune slots and or specific Runes by using certain resources when crafting the axe.
