Splashdown is a Limited Time Mode in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was introduced in Season 9, during the 14 Days of Summer event.

LTM Rules and Gameplay[]

In this LTM, you are given an infinitely recharging Water Balloon in your first Item Slot. Chests are enabled and supply drops spawn throughout the match, dropping items such as the Chiller Grenade, Bush, and Boogie Bombs.

Every player has 30 maximum HP and infinite respawns. The first player or team to reach the goal of 60 eliminations wins!

Glider 		Deploy and glide to safety!
Impulse Grenade - Item - Fortnite

In this LTM, the only damaging item is the Water Balloon - there is no other way to gain eliminations.

Dodge players with the Chiller Grenades' Icy Feet effect, stun players with the Boogie Bomb, and put on the Bush to avoid taking one hit of damage - and don't forget that you can Build to protect yourself!

Warm up your throwing arm and have some summer fun - the player or team with the best aim wins!
