Overview
Service Stations are a Gameplay Mechanic in Fortnite: Battle Royale and Zero Build that was introduced in Chapter 5: Season 3. They serve as an easy way to simultaneously repair and refeul a vehicle, and have largely replaced gas pumps around the island, with most of them being found at gas stations.
Functionality
Functionality[]
Service stations begin operation upon a vehicle being placed on top of them. They heal the vehicle for 300 HP per second, and refuel the vehicle for 20 fuel per second. The driver does not need to remain within the vehicle while the refuelling and repairing process happens, and can happen even if the driver did not place the vehicle on the service station manually, such as through the vehicle being pushed by another vehicle or explosion.
Service stations contain a fuel pump located on the left side of the pad on the ground. When shot at, they function like gas pumps and catch on fire after taking a certain amount of damage. If undamaged further, it will explode after 4 seconds. The pump can be made to explode immediately by further depleting its health. The explosion and subsequent fire will damage all nearby players, vehicles, NPCs, and structures.
Locations
Locations[]
Service stations can be found at all gas stations located on the Island. A map of the service station locations that could have been found during Chapter 5: Season 3 is included below.
