Legendary Loot Area is a Gameplay Mechanic in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was introduced in Chapter 7: Season 1.

Each match, one or two Named Locations are highlighted in a blue text color and an icon similar to that of a Rare Chest. These areas have a higher chance of spawning Rare Chests, also increasing the chances of receiving better loot.
