Doom Henchmen were hostile Guards in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were introduced during Chapter 2: Season 4.

They could be found in Doom's Domain before Update v15.00 and will shoot at the player if they notice them undisguised. When knocked down, they can be shaken down to reveal nearby chests, henchmen, cameras, and Doctor Victor Von Doom if he was present.

- By wearing any Peely Outfit and then proceeding to go into any Phone Booth located in Doom's Domain, the player would turn into a SHADOW Henchmen instead.
- Their unreleased Epic Outfit is known as Doombot Agent on developer accounts.
- While on patrol around Doom's Domain the Doom Henchmen can be seen doing various Emotes. Though once they enter a house's bathroom they will begin to cry.
