Boar

Functionality[]

Boars are not found in packs but often spawn near other Boars. They will remain passive until they are attacked, or spot a player. After this, they will run at the player and attack them, dealing a small amount of damage.

Wolves will try to kill Boars when they spot them.

When eliminated, Boars will drop 2 Meat and 2 Mushrooms. Once tamed, a Boar will become friendly and aid the player who tamed it by attacking opponents and digging up items.

Location[]

Chapter 2: Season 6[]

Boars are only found in the Autumnal Biome which surrounds locations such as Boney Burbs and Colossal Crops, often near wooded areas. They can be found in pens at Colossal Crops and often in a cluster. However, they don't roam around in packs like Wolves.

Chapter 2: Season 7[]

Boars can now spawn at any location around the map. They can often be found near Primal Pond and in the grass area between Believer Beach and Holly Hatchery.

Chapter 3: Season 3[]

Boars can now spawn at any location around the map with even distribution.

• Update v16.00: Added Boars.

Chapter 2: Season 7[]

• Update v17.00: Boars now drop Mushrooms instead of Animal Bones.
• Update v17.10: Alien Parasites can now attach to Boars.

Trivia[]

• Alien Parasites can attach to boars. This will cause the affected boar to have a distorted effect, which will allow players to identify an infected boar from other boars. If you take damage from a parasitized boar, its slime will gradually deplete some of your health. Defeating a boar with a Parasite on it will make that Parasite jump on you.
