Borealis Backer is a Gaming Legends Series Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased with the Cammy Outfit in the Item Shop for 
1,600 V-Bucks or with the Cammy & Guile Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. Borealis Backer was first released in Chapter 2: Season 7 and is part of the Street Fighter Set.
Borealis Backer could also have been obtained for free by ranking high enough in the Cammy Cup on August 5th, 2021.
