Nunchucks of Lightning is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Nunchucks of Lightning for 
800 V-Bucks or with the LEGO NINJAGO® Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks. Nunchucks of Lightning was first released in Chapter 7: Season 1 and is part of the LEGO NINJAGO® Set.
