Captain America is a Marvel Series Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
2,000 V-Bucks. Captain America was first released in Chapter 2: Season 3 and is part of the Avengers Set.

Why are there two different numbers for Captain America's appearances? Captain America has, on at least one occasion, appeared in more than one shop in a single day. This has resulted in its count for appearances in the Item Shop being higher than the amount of days it has appeared in it. Both counts are listed by the Fortnite Wiki in order to be as accurate as possible, unlike other sources. |

- Despite the lore implying that he comes from Earth-616, Captain America uses his appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for his Outfit, similarly to Rocket.
- Captain America's trailer was the first hint at Chapter 2: Season 4's theme with the Bifrost bringing him over to the island.
- Ironically, it contradicts his appearance in the Nexus War comic.
- Captain America was first teased in a letter from Epic Games to Content Creators with a Support-A-Creator code.
- A Captain America outfit with a Back Bling was proposed for the Endgame event in Season 8. It's unclear if it would've been the exact same as this one, but it's possible it could've looked more like the Black Widow Outfit and the Star-Lord Outfit.
- Out of all Outfits in Fortnite: Battle Royale, Captain America has been released the most in the Item Shop.
- Captain America's LEGO Style uses a slightly altered torso design of his Marvel Cinematic Universe appearances.
- Captain America is the first non-Thor Outfit to be able to use the Mjolnir Pickaxe, the Stormbreaker Pickaxe, and the Reformed Mjolnir Pickaxe.
- The second one is Moon Knight.
