9 Battle Stars in the Chapter 2: Season 8 Battle Pass. Carnage is part of the Symbiotes Set.

- Carnage is the only Chapter 2: Season 8 Battle Pass Outfit without an associated Emote.
- Carnage was first shown in the initial Chapter 2: Season 8 teaser.
- Carnage is the only collaboration Outfit to have a Toona Fish style based on him.
- There was a Legacy Achievement in Chapter 2: Season 4 that referenced Carnage: Maximum Carnage. It could have been obtained by earning 7 different weapon specialist accolades in a single match.
- The name of the achievement is a reference to the Marvel comic storyline of the same name, Maximum Carnage (1993).
