Water Waddlers are Uncommon Kicks in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
600 V-Bucks, with DuckyTheGamer's Locker Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks, or with Grxnt's Locker Bundle for 2,500 V-Bucks. Water Waddlers were first released in Chapter 6: Mini Season 1.
Water Waddlers could also have been obtained by ranking high enough in the DuckyTheGamer Mobile Cup on March 21st 2026.
