Stay Afloat is an Icon Series Emote in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
300 V-Bucks or with LAROI's Party Starter Bundle for 1,000 V-Bucks. Stay Afloat was first released in Chapter 4: Season 1 and is part of The Kid LAROI Set.
