Cepha is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Cepha for   1,200 V-Bucks or with the Psyonic Ink Bundle for   1,800 V-Bucks. Cepha was first released in Chapter 7: Season 1 and is part of the Psyonic Ink Set.
