2D is an Icon Series Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Noodle & 2D Bundle for 2,600 V-Bucks. 2D was first released in Chapter 6: Season 4 and is part of the Gorillaz Set.

Why are there shops labelled as 'parts'? For varying reasons, Epic Games may decide to add or remove items from the Item Shop before the usual rotation occurs. The Fortnite Wiki treats each change to the Item Shop within a single day as a separate 'part' that makes up the day's Item Shop History. |
Why are there two different numbers for 2D's appearances? 2D has, on at least one occasion, appeared in more than one shop in a single day. This has resulted in its count for appearances in the Item Shop being higher than the amount of days it has appeared in it. Both counts are listed by the Fortnite Wiki in order to be as accurate as possible, unlike other sources. |

- 2D's design is based two different pieces of Phase 3 Gorillaz media: their Shades On style, pants and shoes are based on multiple promotional art pieces during the phase, while their shirt is a flipped version of the shirt they wore on the single cover for DoYaThing.
- 2D's description references their likeness for satsumas, either referring to the type of citrus fruit or the species of snail.
- The background of 2D and Noodle's promotional image is taken directly from a promotional piece of art of 2D on a boat during Phase 3 of Gorillaz.
- In an interview with 1883 Magazine, 2D elaborated on the band's inclusion in Fortnite, saying "Russ says we live in a simulation anyway so I went along with it."[1]
- 2D's rarity was changed from Epic to Icon Series in Update v37.20.
