Spectral Twine is a Crafting Ingredient in Fortnite: Save the World that is currently unreleased.
Spectral Twine was accidentally granted to players as part of a compensation following an inventory-wipe bug.
Epic Games has stated that even if an additional tier were to be added, new crafting materials would be used instead of reusing Spectral Twine.[1]
It was later added to Fortnite: Creative in Update v19.30.
