Flux (Resource)

Flux is an Account Resource in Fortnite: Save the World that is used to increase the rarity of Heroes and Schematics, recruiting Heroes, and researching Schematics. Legendary Flux is also used to unslot items from the Collection Book.

Update v1.11

• Added Rare Flux, Epic Flux and Legendary Flux along with the introduction of the Event Store.

Update v6.30

• Collection Book rewards have been extended to level 500 and reworked.
  • The Collection Book rewards were updated to include new materials such as PERK-UP!, RE-PERK!, and Flux.

Update v20.00

• Recovering items from the Collection Book now costs Flux instead of V-Bucks.

Update v23.40

• Collection Book Updates:
  • All Llama cardpack items other than Mythic Heroes can now be acquired with Flux.
    • Mythic Heroes from Event Llamas still require a Hero Voucher.
  • Items available in the Shop for Gold can be researched for Vouchers if they’re only available at Legendary / Mythic rarities, and with Flux otherwise.
  • Items acquired from Quests can be researched for Vouchers if they’re only available at Legendary / Mythic rarities, and with Flux otherwise.
