Recycling gathers every 60 seconds for the following amounts:

• 1 material for 3x Tier 1 structures of that material.
• 3 materials for 3x Tier 2 structures of that material.
  • After the first 3 structures, materials are gathered for every one Tier 2 structure.
• 6 materials for 3x Tier 3 structures of that material.
  • After the first 3 structures, 2 materials are gathered for every one Tier 3 structure.

The max that can be gathered every 60 seconds is 150 of each material. The max/cap that BASE can store is 1000 of each material.
