To eat Untiring Banana Pancakes, press and hold use while it is selected in the hotbar. Eating one restores +40 health and grants fifteen minutes of stamina cost down and increased stamina regen.

Before Update v37.50, eating one would have restored +200 health, +20 satiety, and granted one minute of increased jump height.
