Basic Glider is a Common Gadget in LEGO Fortnite that was added in Update v30.20.

The Basic Glider recipe is unlocked once the player has built the 
Spinning Wheel.

Basic Glider can be crafted through the 
Crafting Bench.

Usage[]
Pressing Deploy Glider while falling will make the player deploy the glider and slowly descend to the ground. While the player is descending, they will quickly lose stamina until they touch down. Running out of stamina mid-flight results in the glider undeploying and the player plummeting to the ground, likely taking fall damage in the process. The glider can be undeployed and redeployed freely by pressing Deploy Glider again while the glider is deployed. This technique can be used to save yourself from fall damage by deploying the glider right before you land.
