Prop Mover

Overview


The Prop Mover is a Device in Fortnite: Creative, that allows players to add movement props in any direction via rotation of the device.

Although is it not noted on the patch notes this device was added in Update v20.10

Allows a prop to move along a path during gameplay.

Device Settings
Option Value Description
Enabled During Phase None, All, Pre-Game Only, Gameplay Only Determines the game phases during which the device will be enabled. Pre-Game includes all phases prior to the Game starting (the waiting for players lobby on Featured Islands and the Game Start Countdown).
Distance 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20 Meters, 30, 50, 75, 100, 200, 300, 400 Distance the prop will move if it is not stopped or interrupted.
Speed 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Meters/Second, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24 Speed the prop will move at.
Time From Start Off, Instant, 1 second, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 25s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 1 minute, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m How long to wait after the game starts before automatically moving.
On AI Collision Behavior [Continue], Stop, Reverse, Push Determines how the prop behaves when colliding with an AI.

[None]: Do nothing.

Stop: Stops moving.

Reverse: Starts moving in the opposite direction.

Push: Forces the AI away from the mover.

AI Damage On Collision None, 10, 25, 50, 100, Eliminate How much damage to deal to the AI on collision.
On Player Collision Behavior [Continue], Stop, Reverse, Push Determines how the prop behaves when colliding with a player.

[None]: Do nothing.

Stop: Stops moving.

Reverse: Starts moving in the opposite direction.

Push: Forces the AI away from the mover.

Path Complete Action Stop, Ping Pong Action to execute once the travel distance is completed.

Ping Pong: Repeat the movement in the opposite direction.

Device Channel Settings
Option Value Description
Start When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Start moving when receiving a signal from the selected channel. If the device was previously moving, it will continue existing movement.
Stop When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Stop moving when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
Enable When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Enable the device when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
Disable When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Disable the device when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
Reset When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Return to the original position when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
Pause When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Pause moving when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
Resume When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Resume moving when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
Advance When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Advance forwards when receiving a signal from the selected channel. Forward is based on the device's default direction, ignoring the previous movement of the device.
Reverse When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Start reversing when receiving a signal from the selected channel.
When Movement Starts Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when the movement starts.
When Movement Stops Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when the movement stops.
When Movement Finishes Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when the movement finishes.
When Direction Changes Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when the direction changes.
When AI Hit Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when hitting an AI.
When Player Hit Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when hitting a player.
When Prop Hit Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal on the selected channel when hitting a prop.
