Overview



The Physics Tree is a Device in Fortnite: Creative, added in Update v21.00.

A physics-based tree that can fall, roll, and cause damage.

Device Settings
Option Value Description
Health Indestructible, 200 (Default), 1 - 9999 Sets the health value of the tree.
Leave Stump Yes, No Determines if the stump stays after destroying a tree.
Stump Health Indestructible, 120 (Default), 1 - 9999 Sets the health value of the stump
Log Health Indestructible, 600 (Default), 1 - 9999 Sets the health value of the stump
Damage To Players None, 150 (Default), 1 - 9999 Determines the max damage a log can do to a player. Damage is dependent on the velocity of the object when it hits.
Damage To Creatures None, 450 (Default), 1 - 9999 Determines the max damage a log can do to a creature. Damage is dependent on the velocity of the object when it hits.
Damage To Vehicles None, 450 (Default), 1 - 9999 Determines the max damage a log can do to a vehicle. Damage is dependent on the velocity of the object when it hits.
Damage To Environment None, 1200 (Default), 1 - 9999 Determines the max damage a log can do to environment objects. Damage is dependent on the velocity of the object when it hits.
Timed Tree Respawn None, 1M, 5M, 10M, 15M, 20M, 25M, 30M, 1H, 2H Determines when a tree will respawn after being chopped down.
Tree Stump Required For Respawn Yes, No Determines if the stump is required for respawn
Spawn When Enabled Yes, No Determines if the tree will automatically spawn when the device is enabled.
Destroy When Disabled Yes, No Determines if any spawned objects will be destroyed when the device is disabled.

Note: Some default Damage Values aren't options on all Damage Settings (e.g. Damage To Environment - 1200 is not a option for Damage To Players).

Device Channel Settings
Option Value Description
Enabled When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Enables the device when receiving from the selected channel.
Disabled When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Disables the device when receiving from the selected channel.
Spawn When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Spawned the tree when receiving from the selected channel. Destroys any previously spawned objects.
Destroys All When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Destroys all spawned objects when receiving from the channel. Does not release the log.
Release Log When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Releases the log when receiving from the selected channel, if the tree is spawned.
Destroy Log When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Destroys the log when receiving from the selected channel.
Destroy Stump When Receiving From No Channel, 1 - 500 Destroys the stump when receiving from the selected channel.
When Tree Is Knocked Down Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal when the tree is felled.
When Log Is Destroyed Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal when the log is destroyed.
When Stump Is Destroyed Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmit a signal when the stump is destroyed.
When Tree Spawned Transmit On No Channel, 1 - 500 Transmits a signal when the tree is spawned.
