The Omega Synthesizer is a Device in Fortnite: Creative.

Turn Patchwork note inputs into audio using a synth sound that you customize. You can output the Omega Synth directly to a Patchwork Speaker, or through any of the Patchwork audio effect devices.

| Tone | 0.7, 0.0 - 1.0 | Blends the wave pattern between square, saw, and detuned dual saw waves. |
| Bite | 0.2, 0.0 - 1.0 | Sets filter envelope amount. |
| Glide | 0.0, 0.0 - 1.0 | Determines how long it takes to blend to a new pitch. |
| Overdrive | 0.2, 0.0 - 1.0 | Sets the amount of distortion applied to the signal |
| Resonance | 0.3, 0.0 - 1.0 | Sets the size of the bump to the frequencies around the filter cutoff. |
| Sync | 0.0, 0.0 - 1.0 | Adjusts the degree of synchronization between oscillators. |
| Synth Preset | 0, 0 - 10 | Selects a collection of knob settings to achieve a specific sound. |
| Presets Enabled | On, Off | Determines whether the preset pattern should be copied to the current page. |
| Allow Cable Access | On, Off | Determines if the Patchwork Tool can access any cable input or output ports on the device. |
| Enabled On Phase | Always, None, Gameplay Only, Pre-Game Only | Determines the game phases during which the device will be enabled. Pre-game includes all phases prior to start of the game (like the pre-game lobby or countdown to start of game.) |
