Prickly Heart is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Tess for 
1,200 V-Bucks or with the Tess Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks. Prickly Heart was first released in Chapter 2: Season 5 and is part of the Original Outlaws Set.
