Sweet Spikes is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Kane for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Nightmare Yule Bundle for 2,100 V-Bucks. Sweet Spikes was first released in Chapter 2: Season 1 and is part of the Nightmare Yule Set.
