Dismal Cape is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Plague for 
1,500 V-Bucks, with the Grim Medicine Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks, or with the Down With The Sickness Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks. Dismal Cape was first released in Season 6 and is part of the Grim Medicine Set.
