Aqua Royal is a Rare Wrap in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
500 V-Bucks or with the Princess Felicity Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks. Aqua Royal was first released in Chapter 2: Season 6 and is part of the Fishy Kingdom Set.
