Insignia is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite: China. To earn it, a player must sign up for a QQ account and play Fortnite via WeGame on a Chinese client.
Then, using WeGame, a player would have to play for a total of 24 hours, refer a player and have them play for 10 hours to unlock the Back Bling.
